Edition 2020
A surreal world in the Berlin U-Bahn, a group of latinamerican friends trying to survive on the streets of the big city, a family from Bogota in trouble, a woman trapped in a church in Lima, Berlin as a Purgatory where anything can happen, the wall and the reunion of a daughter with her father, bicultural families, LGBT+ communities and the challenge of freedom, a translator and two boys who like but don't understand each other, the search for identity, migrations, friendship as a family, parents who become sons, multicultural clashes... In the year of the pandemic, the first UGBB edition was a space of resistance, exchange and hard work where all these ideas took shape.
