Vaccum, Wikipedia: Scharmoffensive, More than Strangers
María Tereza Curzio (Montevideo, 1976) is a screenwriter and director. Her works include «More than Strangers» (2023), «Wikipedia: Scharmoffensive» (2021) and «Vaccum», which was voted one of the 5 best films of 2009 by the Cinemateca Uruguaya. She has received grants from the European Union Media Programme, the Berlin Senate Artists’ Programme and the DEFA Foundation. From 2013 to 2020 she worked for GERMAN FILMS as a project curator, consultant and head of German delegations at festivals and co-production markets in Latin America.
